Purchase Terms
Definition of Products
“iKreatify Products” refers to all digital assets, templates, software components, and related deliverables provided by iKreatify.
License of Use
Upon purchase, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use iKreatify Products as outlined in the specific license agreement.
Products may not be resold, redistributed, or sub-licensed without written permission.
Delivery
iKreatify Products are delivered digitally.
Delivery methods are negotiable and may include secure download links, direct transfer to client platforms, cloud-based access, or custom deployment channels as agreed upon with the client.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in the purchase agreement or on the sales channel at the time of purchase.
All payments must be completed before product delivery unless otherwise specified by contract.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the digital nature of iKreatify Products, refunds are only available in the following cases:
The product was not delivered as agreed.
The product is corrupted or unusable, and iKreatify cannot provide a replacement or resolution.
A duplicate purchase was made in error.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incompatibility due to unsupported client systems, unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
Products that have already been downloaded, accessed, or customized.
Refund Request Procedure
Clients must submit a refund request within 7 business days of purchase.
All requests should include proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges & Replacements
If a product is defective or fails to perform as advertised, iKreatify may offer a replacement, updated version, or an alternative product of equal value, subject to client approval.
Service-Linked Products
For iKreatify Products that are delivered as part of a broader service (e.g., integrated into client platforms), delivery timelines, revisions, and acceptance criteria will be governed by the negotiated service agreement.
Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All iKreatify Products remain the intellectual property of iKreatify unless otherwise specified.
Clients are granted usage rights as defined in the license. Misuse, redistribution, or unauthorized reproduction will result in license termination.

Clients may reach out to iKreatify support for all inquiries regarding purchases, refunds, and usage rights.
In the event of disputes, iKreatify prioritizes resolution through direct communication and negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
